About Nora
Nora is a former corporate business leader turned coach and horsewoman. Her transformation began when she decided to take a break from her fast-paced job at Under Armour to go on sabbatical to Costa Rica. She attended a retreat with horses, and learned more about herself that week than she had in her 10-year career. It was a whole new language and way of being that allowed her to see beyond the story and discover a deeper part of herself that was always there, just clouded by the busy life she'd built. Nora was so inspired by the experience, that she left her job and embarked on a journey to understand more about horses and how to share the work with others. This curiosity led her all over the U.S. and eventually back to Costa Rica, where she was immersed in nature, horse care, and herd culture at Tula Vida Ranch. She is a Certified Professional Coach, and is trained in the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A) and Eponaquest methodologies of Equine Assisted Learning.
Nora's corporate experience combined with her time with horses in the natural world enables her to offer a unique approach to human development. She weaves together elements of horse herd culture, neuroscience, psychology, biomimicry and systems theory to support people and organizations in their own transformation. She believes you can have impactful experiences that yield meaningful results without going on sabbatical or making major life changes (although sometimes those are warranted!). Nora spends her time between the U.S. and Costa Rica facilitating experiences in person and online. She is passionate about supporting leaders and creating opportunities for people to discover their own inner wisdom through pausing in the space between.

Nora often works with horses as co-facilitators. Horses can pick up on unseen opportunities through their sensory abilities and unique way of communicating non-verbally. Nora is an expert in specialized horse & human interactions. She supports the translation of equine experiences and enlightens clients about how to use what they’ve learned in practical life applications.
Nora and her network of facilitators emit a 6th sense intuition and transmit a deep sense of awareness to truly see clients and support them to see themselves. Lacuna Factor clients learn how to tap into their own 6th sense and how to apply what they learn to their self-discovery journey.
